At Simply Sukoon, we don’t have the resources to respond to a crisis or emergency situation and we are not crisis counselors. In case of a crisis situation, please use one of the resources listed below.

If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal and/or homicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

  • Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services

    SAMHSA’s National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357), (also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service) or TTY: 1-800-487-4889 is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.

  • National Domestic Violence Hotline

    Operating around the clock, seven days a week, confidential and free of cost, the National Domestic Violence Hotline provides lifesaving tools and immediate support to enable victims to find safety and live lives free of abuse.

  • Crisis Text Line

    Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime. Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

  • RAINN - Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network

    RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates theNational Sexual Assault Hotline in partnership with over 1,000 local sexual assault serviceproviders across the country and operates the Department of Defense Safe Helpline. RAINN implements programs to prevent sexual assault, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
